20 for 20 Fundraising Campaign

Please help us say Farewell to a special 20th Anniversary Season of Rediscovery by making a gift that will help us bring great classical music to the North State for another 20 years and beyond! Our goal is to raise $20,000 before the end of our fiscal year on June 30th, 2021.

Your support means more to us now than ever and helps ensure our future as we look forward to resuming live concert-hall performances this September.

Even better, your gift of any amount will be matched by a group of generous friends of the symphony. Thanks to Diane Fossum, Joan Genthe, Gene Nichols, Ron Reece, and others for their leadership support!

Visit our 20 for 20 page for more details and CLICK HERE to donate now.

Thank you from all of us at the North State Symphony.

Greetings from the Maestro

"Welcome to the 19th season of your North State Symphony!  The 2019-20 concert season encourages you to discover the excitement behind the symphonic experience, whether it be favorites from the ages or thrilling world premieres. This season celebrates Beethoven’s 250th birthday with both his Triple Concerto featuring returning soloist favorites, and his monumental Symphony No. 9 (“Choral”) to close the season in May. Throughout this season and especially through the powerfully uplifting, all-encompassing music of Beethoven, we are reminded of the strength of community and - especially during times of unexpected challenges - that we are better together.

If you have yet to experience the magic of the North State Symphony, please join us for our Masterworks series, our “NSS Pops!”, or plethora of other concerts that might “strike a chord” with you! Also, make sure to stop by the pre-concert talk one hour before each Masterworks performance to gain a deeper insight into the composers and pieces on the program. I am so privileged to work with the incredible musicians of the North State Symphony as we share the wonders of live performance and we look forward to seeing you at the symphony!"

Musically yours,
Scott Seaton
