Cascade Theatre, Redding

(Updated February 16, 2022 - from www.cascadetheatre.org)

Effective February 16th, 2022, the state of California mask mandate for indoor events has expired, and the definition of a “Mega Event” has been changed from 500 or more people to 1,000 or more people indoors. Capacity for all events will be limited not to exceed 1,000 people and proof of vaccination, negative test, and masks are no longer required for events at the Cascade Theatre unless specifically required by the performing artist.*

*The North State Symphony will continue to require proof of vaccination or negative test, and face masks indoors at all times, for all patrons through the end of the 2021-22 concert season. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation - it is greatly appreciated by our musicians and staff.

As schools are still required to enforce the wearing of masks indoors (this policy is due to be re-evaluated on February 28th), masks will be required for all school performances at the Cascade Theatre.

The Cascade Theatre will continue to reevaluate its vaccine and masking policy each month and as conditions and trusted medical guidance evolve.

If already-scheduled performers specifically require that patrons adhere to vaccination mandates, the Cascade Theater will honor its commitments with those artists, and will notify patrons in advance of the additional requirements.

We share with all music lovers the hope that vigilance and protection against this pandemic today can help sustain a future that supports and promotes artists and our heritage of outstanding performances. The Cascade Theatre is located at 1735 Market Street, Redding California 96001. The Cascade Box Office is open each week, Tuesday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and questions about tickets or this policy can be addressed to: boxoffice@cascadetheatre.org or by calling the Cascade Box Office at 530-243-8877.
