North State Symphony is excited to announce that we will be having auditions for the following vacancies:
PRINCIPAL PERCUSSION (September 16 audition date only)
SECTION PERCUSSION (September 16 audition date only)
Additionally, we will hold open student auditions (for qualified high school and university students 18+ years of age) for all wind, brass, string, and percussion instruments. Please contact us for additional details and repertoire.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Friday, September 8, 2023
AUDITION DATES: Friday, September 15 & Saturday, September 16, 2023 (both professionals and students)
AUDITION LOCATION: Chico, CA | Performing Arts Building (PAC 135 - Wismer) at CSU, Chico
PRINCIPAL PAY: $92-$130/service, dependent on distance from Chico, CA
SECTION PAY: $62-$100/service, dependent on distance from Chico, CA
