North State Symphony
Music Librarian
The North State Symphony (NSS) Music Librarian, reporting to the NSS Director and working in collaboration with the Music Director and Personnel Coordinator, is responsible for managing the orchestra’s music library and other resources, music rental and purchase, sheet music preparation and distribution, managing the music at rehearsals and concerts, and providing administrative support as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of music, excellent research skills, and a strong attention to detail. This position requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with various stakeholders. The candidate must be a California resident.
